Spaceway decided the best solution for the company, which manufactures gas sensors, would be to use the existing mezzanine floor for office accommodation and then install a new mezzanine floor for storage space and locate new production facilities underneath. The project was completed in two phases, over six months, with Spaceway installing partitioning systems, air conditioning, ceilings, a mezzanine floor, floor coverings and railings. Spaceway also took care of the electrics. "Thanks to Spaceway we now have increased storage space and a better working environment for our staff," said Rob Love, Engineering Manager at City Technology. "The job was extremely well managed and the end result has given us the facilities to increase our production of gas sensors. We are an extremely successful company and pride ourselves on the efficiency of our operation.
